Tournament Overview: Southeastern

I'm not going to revisit the SEC after the overview post like I will with the other five BCS leagues. In fact, I almost decided to skip the conference entirely in favor of the much more interesting Mountain West. TAPE's highest-rated SEC team is #44 Kentucky, and only two SEC teams (Tennessee being the other) are above the .500 mark. If TAPE put together the NCAA Tournament brackets, the Southeastern Conference would be a one-bid league. So while the action in St. Petersburg might be exciting this weekend--any one of the top six teams has a realistic shot at the title--it won't be especially important. I'll go way out on a limb and pick Mississippi State to win the championship.
